I use a blend of Tibetan Tantra, Taoist chi kung and Shamanic practices to facilitate the release of stagnant energy. Sessions run 60 minutes.

Chi Nei Tsang (CNT) is a Chinese system of healing involving massage of the naval area - training the organs to work more efficiently. This Universal Tao practice has been utilized for thousands of years by Taoist masters. It is a unique internal organ therapy that strengthens and refines the body, enabling it to carry higher energy. It works on all levels of your being; physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

CNT is a Chi Kung method of internal organs massage, based on ageless Taoist techniques, that makes use of the energy flow of all major systems in the body: breath, vascular, lymphatic, nervous, fasciae/tendon/muscle and acupuncture meridian. With this practice one is able to increase the energy flow to internal organs by specific manipulations and through massaging a series of points in the navel area. CNT frees the blockages in the abdomen and guides the healing energy through the entire body, teaching the body to heal from within.

What to Expect:
CNT is clothes-on energy massage with the naval exposed. You will lie on a massage table and be taught to breathe deeply during the session. Be ready for major shifts both physically and energetically as stuck energy is moved and released. Many clients express deep relaxation, mental clarity and increased energy during and after each session. There can be some discomfort as the energy is moved however that is carefully monitored.

It is recommended that you begin with 6 sessions over a two month period. You will feel immediate benefits after each individual session, and each session builds on the other teaching your organs and energy body how to realign and continue self healing.
